This workshop will be hosted by Chef Ashwini Pai, who has worked in continental and modern Indian restaurants in Mumbai and is an ardent backpacker who often travels solo to explore places, cultures, experiences and cuisines.

• Understand each step and the use of each ingredient in detail.
• Understanding the breakdown of each technique will help recreate and bake your own recipes

• Learn basic baking skills
