About the Event

"Clowns without Borders Sweden" and Rednose Entertainment, have come together to create “Laughter Per Kilometre (LPKM)” - India’s first, month long celebration of clowning. We want you to be a part of it!



LPKM and Fools from over India are gearing up to bring to you the first ever Clown Festival in Mumbai only at Harkat!



Our clown masters from France, Sweden, Germany and our very own Rupesh Tillu will bring you shows that will premiere on 8th and 9th December! Plays as diverse as the country, yet not bound by language but by laughter! You will also meet the clown masters and some fun clown aficionados through the many sessions planned for you.



An absolute laugh riot for the smallest and the biggest humans, from morning till night - this is Mumbai's First Clown Festival, playing out at Harkat! Have you booked it yet?

Tickets: 500 INR for all-day-all-shows pass


OR 200 INR for a single show of your choice (book the ticket and just show up at the door. First come first serve - so be on time!)


All talks are FOR FREE.



Proceeds from the passes will go to endeavours of promoting art and culture.

About the shows
MUMBAI- BUS STOP:
At a bus stop, Cookie, Mr. Acooba and Oops, 3 very different humans, have one problem in common: While spending hours of waiting, they keep missing the bus to their destinations, because they get carried away by fun and play getting more and more drawn into each other’s (magic) world. With the help of the children in the audience they will create their own special vehicle to finally reach their destinations.

DELHI- THE CHAOTIC ADVENTURE OF A VIOLIN:
A famous violin player and her two servants are heading for a concert.Troubles surface and they realise how much they need each other. A musical clown show for children.

CHENNAI- STUBBORN MOSQUITOS:
Bingo, Dumpy and Rita try to keep their family business afloat but are constantly disrupted by 3 very Stubborn mosquitos Dengue,Zika and Malaria. War is declared! Who will win this battle? While each side tries to find the best trick to win!

KOLKATA- LIFE IS MAGIC:
