Latanya Alberto

Latanya Alberto is a multidisciplinary artist, singer, songwriter and performing artist. Having had music in her life from an early age, Latanya began her professional career as an independent artist at the age of 19. She released her debut EP Ruminate in 2018. Born and raised in Amsterdam to Surinamese and Curaçaoan parents, Latanya Alberto started writing poetry as a teenager, which became the basis for her lyrics today. Delving deeper into cultural awareness, female empowerment, social justice and romance, Latanya takes inspiration from the wordplay of India Arie and the versatility of Miles Davis. No matter the subject, her meaningful lyrics always read like poetry. She likes to blend her musical stories with visual expressions to add to a total experience.

Zeitgeist Freedom Energy Exchange

Zeitgeist Freedom Energy Exchange is the meeting point of improvisation and dance music. Headed up by drummer Ziggy Zeitgeist, a staple of the Australian music scene, most prominently touring and recording with Melbourne Nu-Soul/ future-jazz collective ‘30/70’. Ziggy’s music has already been championed across the breadth of the jazz and dance world, with support from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Kamaal Williams, Byron the Aquarius and Alexander Nut just to name a few.
