Additionally, Namita is also the Founder and CEO of Incredible Venture Limited, a Young Entrepreneurs Academy in India that teaches entrepreneurship to 11-18 year-olds and inspires them to innovate and carve out their own future path. 

A subsidiary of this global pharmaceutical company, Gennova has so far conducted a series of pre-clinical studies of its vaccine, developed in collaboration with Seattle-based HDT Bio, to test its safety and immunogenicity on various animals.
