Leadership in tough times

A lot of what we read about leadership sounds appealing but our background and biases fight with the wisdom when it comes to applying.

Pradeep is a leader who failed in leadership and then recovered and doing reasonably well with it. He has led Moolya in tough times and has helped build a good culture within.

In this workshop, Pradeep helps in discovering ourselves and removing obstacles to applying what we already know about leadership.

Leadership is required absolutely in tough times. Other times a vacation works.
