Chic Events will be organizing the first ever Konkani Musical Concert right here in Orlem, Malad, Mumbai, India in collaboration with Our Lady of Lourdes Church featuring Goa’s nightingale “Lorna”. Lorna has sung for many great Bollywood music directors such as Bappi Lahiri, Kalyanji-Anandji, Laxmikant–Pyarelal and Rajesh Roshan. She has even sung alongside Mohammed Rafi ("Maria") and Sudesh Bhosle. After her comeback, she has performed all over the world including Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Canada, Bahrain and London. Also, Bollywood movie “Bombay Velvet” was loosely based on her life starring Anushka Shankar and Konkani movie Nachom-ia Kumpasar features her songs too and many more.

Also performing will be Mumbais favourite konkani band The Vindaloos. There will also be a flea market and food stalls and performances by Kevindas Dance Academy and Armaan Kids. The proceeds of this event will go to the specially abled kids of "Armaan" an organization which is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Orlem, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
