What’s included in the fee?

Our registration fee is inclusive of limited food and drinks which are offered by our venue partners. Any extras which you intend to order will be charged separately by the venue partner.

Our refund policy 

A refund of the registration fee can be requested 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of the event.

Event Cancellation

Incase we have to cancel the chapter due to skewed ratio, we will let you know this at least 24 hours before the chapter. In such a scenario we will give an option either to refund all your money or shift to another chapter.

Other important points

We click photos and videos at our events and post them online. By attending the event you give us your consent to be photographed and recorded.
