'Love the Stage' is a series of workshops that aims to help you overcome your fear of speaking to crowds.

In this workshop, learn to overcome your mental barriers and confidently speak to any crowd. We will use techniques from improv to own any stage — a team meeting, presentation, social gathering, Zoom call, or a live audience. 

You will learn to:

a. Switch nervousness into excitement

b. Improv exercises to handle the fear of "mistakes"

c. Create anchors to enter in a high-confidence state
