Mewga is back!
Mew-ga is a unique experience where you can enjoy a calming yoga session with our rescued adoptable kitties!
Studies have shown that spending time with pet animals like cats has helped reduce stress and anxiety, similar to the art of yoga.
Pop over to Cat Cafe Studio and enjoy a delightful Mew-ga session conducted by Mamta Shah ( @mamtasha083 ), a certified yoga therapist and nutritionist. She aims for you to experience the transformative power of yoga and mindful breathing to embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier life.
