Mahima Dayal Mathur, professionally known as Bawari Basanti (The 'nomadic girl') is a Hindustani classical and folk singer, recording artist, photographer and songwriter from New Delhi India. Basanti is best known for her collaborations with notable artists including Akshay Johar (Mojojojo), Zion Train (Neil Perch), SeedheMaut, Sez, Azhar Anwar (Basanti aur Rahza), Vir Singh Brar (Technoloji), and her French band Spicy Frog.
