About the Event

What is Meraki x Annapurna Movement?

Meraki, an inter-collegiate cultural festival of NMIMS School of Law, Mumbai, in collaboration with Annapurna Movement, is organising workshops to help the poor and needy in India through these hard times. Feeding the hungry, and providing relief to the distressed is the main aim of this campaign. With low incomes, survival has become difficult; this small initiative of ours is reaching out to you all.

Come join hands with us and help us in helping all.

All proceeds from the workshop go to Annapurna Movement (visit www.annapurnamovement.com for more). Your help goes a long way in contributing!

Who is Mirchi Kullu aka Aaditya Kulshreshth?

Aaditya is a Stand-Up comedian who has completed the compulsory course for stand up comedy (boys school and engineering). He is a Radio jockey in the afternoon and has been doing stand up comedy for more than 3 years and has done over 200 shows all over India for prestigious colleges like NLIU Bhopal, IIM Indore and many more and has worked with Zakir Khan, Vipul Goyal, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Kunal Kamra to name a few. He has his own comedy web series on Radio Mirchi called ‘Kullu ka Pattha’ and is one of the prominent stand up comedians in India.

What is the Workshop?

The workshop will be an interactive one where Aaditya will be giving an introduction of stand-up comedy, and discussing the culture of open mics in India. He will also discuss the journey of a punchline and different facets of comedy. The workshop will conclude with an activity to ensure that everyone is able to write a 3 minute comedy script. All while having lots of fun!
