• Outside Food & Beverage is not allowed
• Rights of Admission reserved
• The event is subject to Force Majuro Conditions
• The Organization is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur during the event
• Parking at you own risk
• Pls show your handbags or any other that you might be taking in the venue
• Tickets are Non Transferable and Non Refundable
• All our event are subject to govt. rules & regulations
• Dress Code: Smart casuals and closed shoes
• Prior reservation mandatory (Upon purchase, you will receive a voucher with the reservation number)
• No-Refund Policy: This deal is part of our New Year Deal Collection and is not eligible for any refund once purchased
• The primary ticket holder should be present along with the ID proof to gain entry into the venue ; failure to produce an ID proof will result in denial of entry to the venue
• Tickets / Vouchers / Passes / Packages once sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred , except force majeure conditions and nearby bears no liability in any such circumstances
• Duplicate tickets will not be issues for lost or stolen tickets.
• Rights of admission reserved. You might be asked to leave the venue liability of a fund if there is any behavioral misdemeanor on your part – this decision rests with The FOXOSO GOA management and is final and binding on you.
• Merchants do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings
• Only patrons above legal drinking age will be served alcohol
• Club rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict
• To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 1 hour prior to the entry time.
• In case any tickets/ vouchers/ passes / packages are found to be tampered , The FOXOSO management  reserve the right to refuse entry
• Cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunitions , eatables , bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the event
• All local/national laws and rules - dress code, consumption of intoxicants etc - that apply to regular customers.
