About the Event
The plush South Mumbai neighbourhood that is known for its British lineage and architectural magnificence, Ballard Estate, will open up for the first time for The Mumbai’s Ballard Estate Festival, an initiative by The Mumbai Port Trust. Brought to you by Ferriswheel Entertainment, the event will take place on every weekend until May 2016.
The festival will imbibe the spirit of a street festival and will incorporate more than 100 retail and food and beverage options. Apart from the major gourmet fiesta, it will also include live music performances, movie promotions, exhibitions, performing arts showcase, contemporary art shows, heritage walks, flea markets and a lot more.

Bombay Bassment
Bombay Bassment is a four-piece hip-hop/drum n bass band from Mumbai, formed in 2010. With members from diverse backgrounds, they have a sound that defines the grass roots of each, the outcome of which is an upbeat blend of hip-hop, rap, reggae, funk, and drum ‘n bass.
Ankur and The Ghalat Family
Ankur & The Ghalat family is a four-piece Hindi-rock band from Mumbai, India and is widely regarded as one of the most innovative bands in the hindi-rock space. Frontman Ankur Tewari, who also moonlights as a singer-songwriter, is a well-known Bollywood lyricist and composer.
