Pass Validity

Entry is strictly as per the designated pass timing.

Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their pass time for verification.

Re-entry Policy

No re-entry is allowed once a guest leaves the premises.

Activity Access

Activities included are based on the purchased pass.

Additional activities require separate payments as per authority rates.

Queue Compliance

Guests must wait in designated queues for all activities.

For repeated participation in any activity, guests must queue again.

Guests with Boat Parade Ride tickets must wait in the assigned queue.

Code of Conduct

Disruptive or unruly behavior will result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Refund Policy

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Safety Compliance

Guests must follow all safety protocols during activities.

The management reserves the right to restrict access to activities if safety guidelines are not followed.

Ticket Policy for Children

Tickets are required for all children aged 4 years and above.

Children below 4 years can enter for free but are not eligible for activities.

Photography Rules

Mobile cameras are allowed free of charge.

Professional cameras require a photography pass costing ₹2,500.

Food Restrictions

Outside food is not allowed, except for children-specific or special dietary needs.

Pool Access Restrictions

Pool access is limited to designated guests.

Locker Unavailability

Lockers are not available at the venue. Guests must manage their belongings.

Carnival Games

Carnival games are open to all guests; rules at each game station must be followed.

Prizes won at carnival games are subject to availability and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Content Policy

Inappropriate or offensive content, attire, signs, or behavior is not allowed. Violators will be removed immediately.

Entartica Seaworld reserves the right to use images and videos of guests from the event for promotional purposes.
