• Each pass admits one person only.
• Pass mandatory for all ages
• A pass shall not be a valid pass if the same has been tampered with.
• Pass once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Duplicate pass will not be issued for lost or stolen pass.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a pass would lead to seizure or cancellation of that pass without refund or other compensation.
• Organizers reserves the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.
• This is a wrist-band access event. Wrist-bands will be issued at the venue and will enable access to main event area.
• Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.
• Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests.
• The holder of this pass hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
• No Outside Food/Beverages allowed.
• First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.
• Management reserves right to admission and/or remove any patron from the center who is disorderly, unlawful or offensive.
• Seating is not committed, it is a standing event. Seating is available for Senior Citizens. 
• Two Girl stags can buy a Couple Pass & avail the package.
• Tickets can be upgraded to the next category at the counter.
• Male stags will be checked for profile & should be dressed top notch.
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holders of the pass from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
• All rules of Gin & Juliet Management apply to the bearer of the pass.
• Alcohol will be served as per government age restrictions rules.
• Gin & Juliet reserves the right to admission and also the right to take action for unacceptable behavior.
