About the session:

We crave for a deeper and greater harmony in our life, in our relationships, in our work space, but we can't seem to fathom a way towards it.

We keep avoiding conflicts, we keep avoiding pain, hurt, and all that is unpleasant. And in that we also keep ourselves away from a deeper harmony.

Before we can get lighter, I have to go through the burden, the load, the heaviness fully, deeply, hear its message and pierce through all of that towards the other side of the veil.

All our experiences have a message for us. Nothing is in vain.

So can I allow myself to go through it all, all the pain, the suffering, the hurt, the burden, the heaviness? So as to live light once more, until the next challenge arrives!
