• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling of event.
• No ticket shift/upgrade allowed.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the venue.
• We strictly condemn and forbid any drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (“Narcotics”) at the Event. Any Ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in Narcotics during the show shall be evicted from the venue immediately and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, we reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such Ticket holder.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• The laws of Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of PUNE will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
