IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds Process for the match

We regret to inform that the India vs South Africa 1st T20 International to be held at the Himachal Pradesh State Cricket Stadium, Dharamshala on 15th of September 2019 stands abandoned without a single ball being bowled due to unfavorable weather conditions. We will be initiating refunds for the Face Value of the tickets bought by customers either online or through our offline channel; the Stadium Box-office. The Process for the same is listed below:

Customers who have bought tickets online on Paytm Insider:

1. Refunds for the customers who have bought tickets online via the official ticketing platforms, viz. Paytm Insider will be initiated within 10 – 12 working days post the press release.

2. Refunds will be made for the Face Value of the ticket only and will be credited to their original mode of payment.

Customers who have bought tickets offline through the Official Stadium Box-office at Gate 1 of the HPCA Cricket Stadium, Dharamshala:

1. Refunds for the customers who have bought tickets on-ground will be initiated as per the below-mentioned schedule:

West Stand (West 1, 2 & 3), Pavilion Terrace and Corporate Boxes -> 19.09.2019 // Thursday

East Stand (East 1, 2 & 3), Club Lounge Pavilion -> 20.09.2019 // Friday

North Stand (North 1, 1 (Level 1), 2, 2 (Level 1), North Pavilion, North West -> 21.09.2019 // Saturday and 22.09.2019 // Sunday

2. Refunds will be initiated only as per the above-mentioned schedule from the Stadium Box office between 10 am to 7pm.

3. Please note it is mandatory for the customers to submit all their physical tickets (in case of more than 1 ticket being purchased, customer will need to submit all their physical tickets) along with their Government issued Photo ID proof to claim the refunds. Without both, refunds will not be initiated. Also, the restriction of purchase for 4 tickets will stand true for refunds as well. Not more than 4 tickets will be refunded per customer.

4. All refunds will be made post verification of the details and tickets to the original mode of payment. In case of card payment, please carry the physical card with which the payment has been made.

Please note, Paytm Insider and HPCA reserve the right to deny the refund to anyone who is found to breach the verification process and does not fulfill the above detailed process and Terms and Conditions.
