Step 1: Click on Buy Now button
Step 2: Select the stand you wish to book your seats in by clicking on the highlighted sections of the stadium layout
Step 3: Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase and click on Buy
Step 4: Enter your PASSCODE, click on the checkbox accepting the terms & conditions and click Checkout
Step 5: Login/Sign Up to Paytm Insider and click Continue
Step 6: If you wish to buy tickets for only one stand you can proceed with payment else refer to Step 7
Step 7: Click 'Add Tickets' and follow Step 2 to Step 4
Please note: The Passcode will be valid only for the time period as specified in the circular and press release from the KSCA.
The maximum number of tickets a member can purchase will be as per the guidelines mentioned in the circular and press release sent by KSCA.
We assure you that there will be no convenience fee or payment gateway charges for members buying the tickets online using the link with a PASSCODE.
Tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis. So hurry up and click on the member-exclusive link and book your tickets as soon as possible.

Q: I'm unable to buy tickets for a specific stand? How do I book tickets?
A: If you receive an error mentioning "Unable to add tickets to cart" it means that the last few available tickets are currently in someone's cart and unless they release it, you will not be able to make a purchase. In this case, we would recommend you to buy the next available stand.
Q: Most of the stands are greyed out, does it mean I cannot buy tickets for them?
A: If the stand is greyed out, it means tickets for this stand are currently unavailable or sold out.
Q: I cannot come to the box office to collect my tickets, can I send someone else to collect them on my behalf?
A: The person coming to collect your physical tickets will need to carry a copy of your eticket booking along with a soft copy of your Govt ID proof to collect tickets on your behalf.

Physical Tickets are mandatory for entry to the stadium on the match day.

Box Office to collect your physical tickets will be open on June 10th for Life Members & Institutional Members and June 11th for Associates & Institutional Associates at the KSCA Office from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Please carry your e-ticket, a valid ID proof along with your KSCA issued ID Card to pick up your physical tickets to the match.
