About the Event
The Coalition and Vihara Innovation Network are combining forces for this year’s Pecha Kucha night. What is Pecha Kucha? It is the Japanese sound for 'chit-chat,' and is a unique presentation format that originated in Japan as an informal forum for young designers and architects to show and talk about their work, network with others and have a conversation about art, design, architecture and more. Presenters show 20 image-only slides, for 20 seconds each, which makes for a rapid and energetic presentation.
This year's Pecha Kucha night comes with the theme, "The Bright Idea: Entrepreneurs On Their Inspirations". We have some fun and young people lined up for the evening to tell their stories, while you network, have conversation with likeminded people. There's also food and drinks.

Supriya Paul
Supriya is a recent graduate of Venkateswara College in Delhi University and in an attempt to make her college life productive, started her own venture - Josh Talks, with a goal to showcase stories of people who have followed their passion, and in some way or the other, changed the world.
Dev Arora
Dev is the founder and CEO of 8Minutes, a clean energy company working on decentralising energy one roof at a time. He has previously worked with GMR Airports and Qlicket Inc and has studied Computer Science from NIT, Kurukshetra.
Bharat Sethi
Bharat Sethi is a start-up enthusiast with a lot of interest in building marketplaces, e-commerce, and retail design. He started selling art on Ebay at age 16 while still in school. He founded PosterGully in early 2012 as a side project to continue with his interest in solving the monetisation problem for artists and designers.
