A sketch in line and wash (also sometimes referred to as ‘pen and wash’ or ‘ink and wash’) means that both linework and watercolour are used together in the sketch or artwork. For this, you make sketches with ink lines and throw in splashes of watercolour accents. A really fun and creative way of making art.
