Introduction: A combination of scroll painting and folk painting done in Rajasthan defines Phad paintings. This is one of Rajasthan’s traditional art forms that usually portrays mythological stories or deities. These paintings are created on a long piece of canvas or cloth with a lot of miniature works that enhance the complete composition that is created using a classic set of color combinations. Learn the basic techniques of Phad painting with one the artist whose family created the concept of the Phad paintings.
