Hilton Jaipur is hosting a 10 day long Punjabi Food Festival “Pind Da Swaad” curated by Chef Sweety Singh & Chef Abhishek Kukreti. The festival is organized at the All-Dinning Restaurant, Aurum of Hotel Hilton situated at Hawa Sadak, Jaipur. Chef Sweety Singh has travelled all the way from Amritsar to curate this Punjabi Food Festival with in-house executive chef Abhishek Kukreti. Finger licking food & the traditional décor showcasing the Punjabi elements like well, khaat, Bhangra cutouts, colorful strings along with a fun photo-op will take you to the lanes of Punjab without even leaving the city. 

Some of the signature dishes at the festival to try our Kesar Lassi, Tandoori Soya Chaap , Bhaati da Kukad, Ajwain Machai De Pakoda from the starters and Highway Paneer Tikka Masala, sarso Waali Jinga, Maa De Makhaan Waali Dal & Aalo Wardi from Main Course. Don’t miss the very special Kesar Wali Kheer & Kala Gulab Jamun from the Desserts section. The Festival is going to be organized from March 24th to April 2nd in form of a buffet layout at Aurum, 7PM Onwards. The Buffet is priced at 1300 INR + taxes.
