With over four decades of experience in the healthcare sector, Dhanraj has been associated with nearly 100 healthcare projects.He began his career at a medical devices manufacturing company’s shop floor level going on to become the CEO of the company. He has expertise in medical device planning, procurement, commissioning and maintenance advisory for hospitals and preparing guidelines and policies for these activities. He has advised state government in India on up-gradation of medical technology and third party maintenance contracting. As a consultant, he advises clients right from market entry strategy and project feasibility, planning and design, medical devices and quality systems (NABH) advisory through to commissioning. He is an advisor on operational management and turnaround strategies for hospitals and healthcare projects. He is also a visiting faculty in some of the premier engineering and management schools in India.
