District facilitates, on behalf of Orbgen Technologies Private Limited ("OTPL"), the sale and purchase of movie tickets between the Merchants and the Customers, which is powered by OTPL.

1. Bookings for the tickets once made by you cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded unless such policies are provided at the cinema or Platform.

2. Booking charges and/or internet handling charges are levied on all tickets booked online on the Platform and shall be non-refundable.

3. Before purchasing the tickets, you are advised to check age restrictions. Individuals under the age of 18 shall not be permitted to enter the cinema/theatre for movies with an A (adult) rating.

4. If the merchant cancels or reschedules the movie/show, District will notify you on a best effort basis and shall provide a refund according to the cinema/theatre's policy.

   • Partial cancellation of an order/booking/ticket(s) is not allowed.
   • Benefits of any applied promocode will be considered redeemed if the ticket(s) are cancelled.
