- Please present the ticket at the venue box office entry.
- Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
- No refunds on purchased tickets are possible.
- Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices will be allowed in the venue.
- The organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai/Pune.
- Dress Code: Smart Casuals, the more Bavarian, the better!
- Age to drink beer: as per Indian Government rules. (People already in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry)
- There are no ATM at or close to the venue, so don't forget to carry enough cash especially change, and your cards.
- Don't carry any valuables! Chances are not that they get robbed but that after few beers you might forget where you kept it.
- Make prior arrangements to get back home as there is no public transport around the Turf Club, especially late at night.
- There is limited parking space available.
