The second edition of The Thali Tradition will take place at DSSC Bhavan ⁠— a home where #OurCity can celebrate the authentic, explore the local, and revel in the vibrancy of India. The DSSC Bhavan will be popping-up only for this 3-day festival and will bring to you 6 regional cuisines as part of The Thali Tradition.

About the Chef

Growing up with grandmothers who were fantastic cooks and exploring varied cuisines of India as an army-kid, his passion for all things culinary germinated early on.

Author, TV anchor, food consultant, award-winning restaurateur and curator of memorable meals for the likes of President Obama, Marut Sikka dons multiple feathers in his chef's hat! For The Thali Tradition, he has crafted a menu that is nostalgic, well-researched and will leave you licking your fingers. This one-of-a-kind Punjabi Thali will showcase authentic dishes from Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala and The Grand Trunk Road.
