So, what is Pawga all about?

Pawga was started in 2020 to help shelter pets socialise, find their forever homes, and raise funds for the shelter. Basically, we are your OG puppy yoga gang!

What do I even do at puppy yoga?!

You’ll practise beginner-friendly yoga while adorable puppies from the shelter run around you. We do not lift the puppies or make them do yoga — instead, we create a comfortable space for both you and them to unwind together.

How on earth is Pawga helping me?

By spending time with our four-legged friends, you can let go of anxiety and stress by the end of the session, hitting a hard refresh for the week ahead.

Get ready for a happy high as the puppies run towards you!

Please also note that there could be small puppies, big puppies, and older dogs too. We love them in all sizes — and hope you will too. All of these pets are up for adoption at the shelter.

How am I helping animals through Pawga?

The puppies at Pawga in Hyderabad are from People for Animals (PFA). Through Pawga, they get loving arms to sleep within and the chance to socialise with humans, which helps curb early signs of depression.

This also increases their chances of finding a forever home. Additionally, a portion of your ticket goes towards the welfare of animals at the shelter.

Super important question – do I need to know yoga or what?

Not at all! This is a beginner-friendly yoga session, guided by a professional. We welcome participants of all age groups — even pregnant women. Last time, we even had a kid in a cradle. No biggie!

Please also note that the event duration is 60 minutes. You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the start time (we recommend this) and leave 15–20 minutes after the end time.
