Rainforest Yoga

Introduce your child to yoga through a fun filled yoga session. We take the kids on an imaginary trip to meet some of the incredible creatures living deep in the Amazon rainforests of South America.

A creative *90 mins session* of breathing, yoga poses relaxation and a super fun yoga game with kids yoga expert *Sabrina Merchant of Li’l Yogis*.

Forest trek begins at *3.30 pm* sharp.
