1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy: π«
1.1 Once booked, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
1.2 Please check the total amount carefully before making a payment, as an internet handling fee per ticket may apply.
1.3 Strictly no refunds for rejected entries, cancellations, or unlawful resale of tickets.
1.4 We advise against purchasing tickets if you are feeling unwell.
1.5 The unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets will result in cancellation without a refund.
2. Entry Policy:
2.1 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry based on profile screening.
2.2 This is a Wristband entry event. Tampered wristbands will not be allowed.
2.3 Organisers reserve the right to perform security checks on all attendees. Any violation of the rules will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
2.4 Admission Rights Reserved: The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or eject anyone who is found in breach of these terms, even with a valid ticket.
2.5 Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event for a seamless entry experience.
2.6 Late entries will not be admitted after 30 minutes into the event.
2.7 No Re-entry: Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted. If you leave, you must purchase a new ticket at the current price to re-enter.
3. Dress Code & Behavior:
3.1 Guests must dress appropriately for the event. Attendees may be denied entry for improper attire.
3.2 Any behaviour that causes harm or disruption will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event.
3.3 We encourage safe and responsible play. Avoid throwing colours at people`s faces or eyes.
4. Kidsβ Entry Policy:
4.1 Children under 2 years old: Free Access for Kids Under 2. The adult pass grants free access to children under the age of 2.
4.2 Kids between 2 to 12 years old: Must purchase a kids` pass.
4.3 Kids Above 12 Years: Must purchase an adult pass.
4.4 Kids Must Be Accompanied by Family: Entry for minors under 18 is only allowed with their family members.
4.5.1 Changes of Clothes for Kids: As some activities involve water, we recommend bringing two changes of clothes for your children. Changing room facilities will be available at the venue.
4.5.2 Dress for Mess: We encourage parents and children to dress comfortably for activities that might get messy!
4.5.3 Beat the Heat: To beat the heat, feel free to bring umbrellas, caps, or shades for your kids.
5. Food & Beverage Policy:
5.1 No Outside Food or Drinks Allowed: Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the venue. However, a fantastic food menu will be available on-site.
5.2 Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA), with valid age proof.
5.3 No Tobacco Products: The use of tobacco items, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and other similar products, is strictly prohibited within the venue. Guests found consuming or in possession of such items may be asked to leave the premises.
6. Health & Safety:
6.1 COVID-19 Precautions: It is mandatory to follow all government rules and regulations regarding COVID-19. Strict health checks will be conducted before entry. Guests must cooperate with staff at all times.
6.2 No Dangerous Objects: Dangerous or potentially hazardous items, including weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments, or any other similar items, are strictly prohibited. Violators may be ejected from the venue with or without the owner.
7. Venue & Parking:
7.1 Parking: Vehicle owners park at their own risk. The organiser will not be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.
7.2 We advise against carrying gold or valuables, as the organisers are not responsible for any loss during the event.
8. General Terms:
8.1 By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that the organisers may use event and crowd footage, photographs, videography or any media for promotional purposes.
8.2 Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. The organisers are not responsible for any adverse effects of food or drink consumed at the event.
8.3 Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
9. Loss, Damage, and Injury
Organisers or any of its agents, officers, employees, or representatives shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or cost suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it.
10. Organiserβs Rights:
10.1 Organisers retain the right to change the artist line-up, billed attractions, or any other part of the event without notice.
10.2 The organisers are not liable for any injury, damage, theft, or loss suffered by attendees during or after the event.
10.3 All disputes must be settled under the jurisdiction of Guwahati Courts.
