- Submission can be made on any one day specifically on 13, 14 or 15th of November

- Only st submission is considered, no multiple submissions

- Rangoli should be made by the participant, pirated or downloaded photos will lead to disqualification.

- Winners we decided by the organizers only no dispute related to same will be entertained.

- No refund is allowed
