5. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

6. The organization is not responsible for any injury or death that may occur during the event.

7. Parking at your own risk.

8. Please show your handbag or any other bag that you might be taking to the venue.

9. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. All our events are subject to government rules & regulations.

11. Please retain the voucher/bands for security reasons.

12. Smart casuals and closed shoes.

13. This deal is part of our event deal collection and is not eligible for any refund once purchased.

14. The primary voucher holder should be present along with the proof to gain entry into the venue. Failure to produce proof will result in denial of entry to the venue.

15. Tickets/vouchers/passes/packages once sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred.

16. Duplicate vouchers will not be issues for lost or stolen tickets.

17. You might be asked to leave the venue with the liability of a fund if there is any behavioral misdemeanor on your part. This decision rests with the hotel management and is final and binding on you.

18. Merchants do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

29. Only patrons above legal drinking age will be served alcohol.

20. Event rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict.

21. To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 1 hour before the entry time.

22. In case any tickets/ vouchers/passes/packages are found to be tampered with, the management reserves the right to refuse entry.

23. Cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed from outside the event.

24. Please carry the receipt along with this invite.

25. All local/national laws and WB government rules are applicable.

26. The bar closes at 3 pm.
