Dr. Prasad Bhide is a Sanskrit scholar well-versed in Vyakarana, Sahitya, and Lexicography, and an eminent Sanskrit Playwright and Director. He has presented many research papers on Sanskrit lexicography, linguistics, unique aspects of Sanskrit drama, etc., at national and international seminars. An author of six Sanskrit plays, he has acted in and directed many Sanskrit plays. He has received many prestigious prizes and awards for his acting and direction. He is an assistant professor of Sanskrit at K J Somaiya College.
