1. Mandatory cover charge applicable at the entry gate.

2. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. No seating guaranteed. The seats are first come, first served. If the seats are filled, then the guest will have to stand till the next seat is available.

4. Only patrons above the drinking age will be served alcohol (21 years+).

5. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

6. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

7. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.

8. Hard Rock Cafe does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

9. The consumption of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

10. Please check the total amount before payment.

11. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry.

13. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

14. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
