Savandurga Trek is one of the most popular trekking near Bangalore, Karnataka. Located approximately 60 km from the city, this hill offers a perfect blend of adventure and nature. Known for its immense granite hill, Savandurga is considered one of the largest monolithic hills in Asia, making it an exciting and challenging trek for adventurers and nature lovers alike.

Itinerary:

Day 0 - Bengaluru to Savandurga

➞ Meet at the designated starting point in Bengaluru and travel to Savandurga by private transportation

Day 1 - Trek to Savandurga Peak

➞ 04:30 AM Reach Savandurga Trek base and chill out for a while

➞ Around 06:00 AM, Start the trek

➞ 09:00 AM Descend dawn

➞ 09:30 AM Have breakfast at the trek base.

➞ 10:30 AM Head back to Bangalore

1. Marathahalli (11:00 PM) - Opposite to Kalamandir

2. Silk Board (11:30 PM) - Near Krishna Bhavan Restaurant

3. BTM (11:40 PM) - Udupi Garden Bus Stop, Near A2B

4. Banashankari (11:30 PM) - Bus Stop

5. RR Nagar (11:00 PM) - Gopalan Arcade, Mysore road

✦ 2 litre water bottle per person

✦ Energy bars, and drinks

✦ Warm jackets for the night

✦ Track pants and a cotton T-shirt
