About the Event
TAAK | Former wrestling champion Shalini works as a bouncer at a Delhi nightclub, where, after a fatal security lapse, invasive smartwatches are introduced. As tensions rise and personal lives are increasingly monitored, Shalini must navigate the dangerous waters of suspicion and surveillance.
Humans in the Loop | A recently divorced Adivasi woman working as an AI data labeller navigates the blurry boundaries between technology and real life as she struggles to raise her city-bred daughter in her native village in Jharkhand.
TAAK and Humans in the Loop are films by the Museum of Imagined Futures (MOIF), a transmedia initiative that uses storytelling and speculative design to explore the intersection of technology, society, and culture.
