About the Event
Netrani is a small island of India located in the Arabian Sea. It is off the coast of Karnataka situated approximately 10 nautical miles (19 km) from the temple town of Murudeshwara in Bhatkal Taluka. The island can be seen from the main coast over 15 km away, including from various beaches in Bhatkal city as well as from the Murudeshwar Beach. Views above give this island the appearance of being heart-shaped. Besides pigeons, the other inhabitants of the island are wild goats. This island has scuba diving facilities and the place is easily accessible from Bhatkal, Mangalore, Goa, Mumbai or Bangalore. There are dive shops at Murdeshwara and Goa, that regularly organize diving tripes to the island. Those that do not want to dive can just visit the island and hike in by hiring the full fishing motor boat at the Bhatkal Fishing Harbour/Bunder. It would be beneficial if in big groups.

Trek to the fort till 12 noon
Have lunch at the top
Leave for Unchalli falls
Rejenuvate at falls
Leave to Murudeshwar
Rest for the Night
DAY 2
Early Start to the day by a Morning Warm up session
Freshen Up & have breakfast at a Restaurant around Murudeshwar Beach
Start your ride to Netrani Islands (20 KM ferry ride)
Briefing about the dive sites and wildlife / Basic lessons about Scuba Diving will be given by Trained Instructors on the way to the Islands
Diving at Netrani for 30 to 40 min and snorkelling
Journey back to Murudeshwar Beach
Dinner
Head off to Bangalore and Reach approx by 6:00 AM on Day 3 ( Approx )
Light snacks on Boat
Services of an Internationally certified Scuba Instructor.
First-aid, Life Jacket, Snorkeling Gear, Scuba diving equipment
Video and Photos of your diving
