We’re a group of friends who have, in their spare time, set out to build a vibrant board game community in Bangalore. We run meetups, events, and manage discussion spaces. There is a massive world of creative, challenging, and incredibly fun modern board games out there that folks in India don’t ever hear about. We're hoping to change that!

The Beehive at The Humming Tree, is a participatory gathering where every month we bring you something new.

Our aim is to provide a platform for people to share ideas, experiences and learn skills. In the past we’ve curated workshops, movie screenings, discussions, talks, quizzes, poetry circles, letter circles, book launches and more.

Just like a beehive where the many interlinked parts make for a beautiful whole, we also work towards building a community that bring different understandings, perceptions and realisations together in these gatherings.
