Rightly called as the ‘Popstar Of This Era’, Shalmali won hearts all over the world with her 2012 hit ‘Pareshaan’. Her fans weren’t quite done listening to it on loop but she followed it up with back-to-back hits like Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai, Balam Pichkari, Daru Desi, Lat Lag Gayi, Mohabbat Buri Bimari, Besharmi Ki Height, Beech Beech Mein, Don't Be Shy Again and many more. She’s won the internet too with her independent songs like 'Ruka Ruka' and 'Kale Kale' that have been streamed over a billion times already. Most recently, she’s come out with an English single titled ‘Regular’ that’s doing the rounds these days. It’s her western touch in the songs that makes her stand out from the rest of the singers.
