Day One - Saturday - Camping in Panshet

16:00 - Check-in at the Panshet lakeside camping

17:00 - Evening Snacks + Tea & Coffee.

18:00 - Enjoy games at the Panshet campsite.

19:30 - Barbecue or Starters. 

20.00 - Bonfire and music.

21.30 - Dinner Jain / Veg / Non-veg

Day 2 - Sunday at Panshet tent stay 

07.00 - Wake up and freshen up.

09.00 - Have Breakfast. (Tea and Poha)

10.00 - Check out from tent camping in Panshet.

Those who are coming by their own vehicle, please follow all covid-19 safety guidelines and reach the base village on time.

Due to the above issue, if you come late or are unable to come, will not provide any refund.

75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.

50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.

No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date

Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

If Trek gets canceled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.

If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
