Class Details:
Taking help of the powerful visualization meditation technique, this class takes you into a state of deep relaxation and total calm. During visualization, the mind follows a calming imagination led by the meditation instructor, resulting in an extremely relaxed state of mind and body. Direct benefits of this class include improvement in quality of sleep and reducing pent up stress in the body & mind.
Class Flow:
- Centering and gentle stretches to release tension
- Calming breathwork practice
- White light visualization
Other things to keep in mind:
1. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can settle in. Once the session starts, we will not be able to allow you in to avoid disturbance for everyone else. We strictly adhere to this rule.
2. Wear comfortable clothes (active wear).
1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
