Cancellation Policy:

0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

Once the permits are taken in customers’ names, it’s non-refundable

If the postponement is made, the payment of the Permit has to be paid for that day.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

To organize a trek we need at least 10/12 participants.

If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.

Age limit: 10+

Our facilities are neat and basic, not luxurious

The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.

Namma Trip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.

You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.

We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.

We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.

Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.

If the 4 AM slots are not available, bookings will be shifted to the 8 AM slots. This applies to both passengers with and without travel arrangements.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.

Know Before You Go for Skandagiri Sunrise Trek

Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.

Traveller’s littering may be fined. Water is very precious, so conservation is appreciated.

Any personal expenses or meals or items will not be included in the package.

Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.

Guide(s) are available throughout to ensure high safety, more information and personal attention which are necessary to appreciate a trek.

Avoid using earphones during the trek; this might hinder your audibility.

Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.

Consult a physician before undertaking the trek. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the trek

Trek shoes or Sports shoes are compulsory. Customers coming with sandals or slippers are not allowed.

No bonfire is promised at the peak.

While climbing or descending back there might be a small injury, if in case of any injury takes place in one place. People need to wait in the vehicle until they come back.

As it’s a group trek, all should understand and move on.

Namma Trip will not be responsible for any of your carried things Do not keep any Wallets, any valuable things on the Bus or a traveller! We will not be responsible for any of that.
