About the workshop


Resilience is the ability to "bounce back" from difficult experiences and setbacks. These difficult experiences can be everyday stressors like a stinker from your boss or an argument with the cab driver. Or it can be big adversities/traumas like financial crisis, terminal sickness of a loved one, going through a heartbreak/divorce.


Building resilience can help you adapt well, deal with these everyday stressors and bigger adversities and come out shining brighter and better.




What will we be focusing on ?


To thrive on challenges and see failures/hardships not as dead ends, but as springboards for growth and success

The workshop will include group and individual exercises and role plays for practical applications of the tools.


About the facilitator:


The Wellbeing Ways is an initiative started by Pallavi Srivastava to help people find authentic happiness, health, success and peace, and enable them to flourish in life. Pallavi is a therapist and wellbeing consultant with over 7 years of experience in mental health and #wellbeing. Her deep fascination with the human mind and personal growth motivated her to pursue it professionally.

She has Worked with 500+ clients, conducted workshops on well-being, the subconscious mind, beliefs & mindfulness and worked with over 50 schools across the Delhi-NCR region conducting workshops for teachers and students on mental health, wellbeing and #mindfulness (2015)


Some of the key issues she has helped people to resolve include performance enhancement & career growth, stress & burnout, anxiety, body image, weight loss, confidence building, fears and phobias, depression, OCD, psychosomatic pain, insomnia, relationship issues (personal and professional), etc.


She follows a solution oriented multidisciplinary approach to wellbeing uses tools from across mental health domains like positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, bridges to the subconscious mind, and mindfulness.
