This Women’s Day, it’s Sounds of Society and yes,Ladies First at The Quarter!

Celebrate this March 8 with these select, show-stopping headliners of the music industry’ !

We open this unique showcase with a fire-side chat between three of this generation’s leading female artists :

Monica Dogra, singer, spoken word artist, actor and DJ; Tipriti Kharbangar, the charismatic, charming and feisty frontwoman of the band Soulmate; and powerhouse vocalist and performer extraordinaire, Kanchan Daniel, the eponymous singer of Kanchan Daniel & The Beards.

These extraordinary individuals have faced many challenges to reach this position of artistry and influence. This evening will celebrate their conviction , and through their own stories and those of others, the phenomenal female ability to persevere and triumph.

This star-studded line-up will then take to the stunning Royal Opera House stage, for individual performances with their bands. These inimitable songstresses will perform compositions by, of and for women, along with foot-tapping renditions of their own hits.
