The Open Mic will be overseen by a panel comprising of Mr. Chandan Shrivastav (India L&D Manager GSB, Boston Consulting Group), Ms. Vitasta Gupta (B2C OEM Marketing Lead, Shell) and Ms. Deepshikha Kumar Anand (Managing Partner, SpeakIn).

In the “Motivation” themed Open Mic, the participants will be provided with a 5-minute time slot each to present their talk, and motivate the audience. The panel will rate the participants on the basis of their communication, originality of the idea, presentation and audience engagement. The highest-rated participant of the evening will be featured by SpeakIn across the SpeakIn network.
