4. Please do not talk or take calls during the show. It will disturb everyone on the show. Try to sit in a quiet room with no background noise.
5. Audio and video controls of ticket holders lie with the organiser. We may disable audio controls of users to avoid background disturbances. 
6. If your individual connection is not optimal we would not be responsible. If the problem is faced by everyone, we would reschedule the show.
7. The time and date of the show may vary due to Internet connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and/or time at the earliest.
8. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling. The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
9. There may be interruptions in the stream due to Internet connectivity issues. 
10. One ticket includes access given to only one screen to view the live stream.
