The training adhering to the guru-shishya parampara or the teacher and disciple tradition, ensured Alpesh went through the rigors of training while residing with his master. The detailed training helped strengthen the foundation of music and paved the way for him to successfully graduate with a masters in music. His dedication towards music saw him earn a scholarship from Northampton University in the UK to study fusion music. Alpesh served a few years as a faculty, teaching Tabla to primary and elementary level students in the London,UK. Later, he came back to India to start his own music company named Sanmuk Music Education and Events which is based in Mumbai, India. Alpesh has travelled extensively, performing, collaboration with many artists and winning accolades for his exceptional command over Tabla.
About Ashish
A songwriter turned into a fingerstyle guitarist, Ashish has been playing guitar since 7 years. He had dropped the plectrum at an initial stage of learning guitar and has ever been playing fingerstyle. He has opened the stage for J-star, Ammy Mishra and Indian comic Nishat Tanwar. He has been exploring the guitar to it's full potential and is passing the same knowledge to other people since 4 years. Indian ragas on western driven techniques can decorate time at it's best, this is what he has to convey with his performance. He's currently working on his first EP which would be launched in January 2019.
