Suhana Safar is a senior support group that offer elders a platform to exchange views and share experiences on interesting topics. We also get experts from various fields to guide them with mindfulness, stress and anxiety, geriatric consultation, technology guidance and more!

Each session will be held for 1.5 hrs, once a week on Fridays at 6:30 PM IST.
