Table number 13 is a project started by Le15 chefs Pooja Dhingra and Pablo Naranjo Agular in 2016. This event happens only once a month at the Le 15 Café in Colaba, where the chefs let their creativity, and experience talk in the form of a tasting menu. Every time they pick a different theme making each experience unique for the guests.

This month Chef Pablo in collaboration with the BI Norwegian Business School will be exploring the role of different senses in food experiences. For the execution of this project, Asst. Professor Carlos Jaime Velasco will be coming to Mumbai directly from Oslo to team up with Le15 to create an unique blend between food, passion and science.
