About the Event

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits and meditation. The term 'Tai Chi' refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang related to the moves. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practised for a variety of other personal reasons. Today, Tai Chi has spread worldwide.

About The Instructor : Alexander Fernandes
Alexander Fernandes is a renowned name in the Martial arts fraternity in India. Having trained in Beijing, China in all kinds of shadowboxing especially in simplified Tai-Chi chuan and traditional martial arts, he won the championship of simplified Tai-Chi Chuan held in Beijing University in 2006. His work and contribution knows no boundaries. Come find Sir Alex take you under his studentship for a day for a traditional Kung Fu lesson.
